Our Team

The founder built it from both sides.

A Ghanaian founder with 10 years inside Turkish manufacturing — the factories, the sector, the culture. When he returned to Accra, he knew exactly what was missing. The team makes that knowledge operational.

The Founding Story

Abduljalal Lawal is Ghanaian. He spent 10 years in Turkey — learning the factories, building industry contacts, and understanding why Turkish manufacturers were missing deals they should be closing in Ghana.

When he returned to Accra, he knew exactly what was missing: someone who spoke Turkish, knew Ghana from the inside, and could represent both sides of a deal honestly. He built this company to close that gap.

What makes this company different is not a number. It is a perspective — one that no other company in this corridor can replicate.

Who This Service Is For

You're not buying a service.
You're buying certainty.

Every Turkish CEO entering Ghana is paying for the same thing underneath the paperwork: the feeling of knowing before they commit. That their money is protected. That someone who has already absorbed the losses — the failed partnerships, the held containers, the buyers who disappeared — is running the operation from Accra while they run their business from Istanbul. You're not paying for the report. You're paying for that feeling.

This is not a cheap service. It should not be. What we bring is not templates or a contacts directory — it is a decade of real Ghana experience distilled from money lost, partnerships dissolved, containers held at Tema Port, and crises that had no playbook. Those who look for the cheapest way into Ghana usually find it. They also usually leave with an expensive lesson. We sell that lesson — so you don't have to live it.

"If you read this far and thought 'this is exactly what I need' — then you are exactly who we're built for."

We work with

  • CEOs who understand a $3,500 market test is cheap compared to a $50,000 mistake
  • Business builders who've built in Turkey and know the real cost of entering a new market
  • Those who want to enter Ghana once — done right — not to learn the expensive way
  • Those who accept the right partner always costs more than the wrong one
  • Those ready to trust a team that knows Ghana better than they do

We don't work with

  • Those looking for the cheapest way in
  • Those who want results without process
  • Those who say 'this is expensive' — that's scarcity thinking, and we're not aligned
  • Those expecting a guaranteed deal in two weeks without verified buyers
