B2B import/export matchmaking platform for the Turkey–Ghana corridor
Concept preview — real design is developed project-specific
The Problem
Turkish manufacturers can't find verified Ghanaian buyers. Ghanaian importers can't trust unknown Turkish suppliers. Both sides waste months on unverified leads.
The Solution
A curated B2B directory with verified badges, product categories, and a direct inquiry system. Turkish side in Turkish; Ghanaian side in English. WhatsApp-first contact flow.
Core Features
Verified supplier & buyer directory (Turkish + Ghanaian companies)
Product category browsing: food, furniture, textiles, construction
RFQ (Request for Quote) system with WhatsApp integration
Bilingual listings — Turkish + English per company profile
Anadolu Gateway verification badge on vetted companies
Mobile-optimized for Ghanaian users on 4G
Monthly market alerts by product category (email + WhatsApp)
Design Rationale
These decisions weren't made to look good — they were made because of real user behaviour in this corridor.
Trust is the Product
In the Turkey–Ghana corridor, the #1 barrier isn't logistics — it's trust. Unknown supplier = no deal. The verification badge and company profiles are designed to be the most prominent visual element on every listing. We show credentials before we show prices.
WhatsApp as Primary CTA
Email response rates in Ghana are below 15%. WhatsApp message response rates are above 80%. Every inquiry button opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message — not a contact form that gets lost in an inbox.
Dual-Language Architecture
Turkish companies need to trust the platform in their language. Ghanaian buyers need it in English. A single toggle switches the entire interface — not just labels, but the company descriptions themselves, allowing companies to write market-appropriate copy for each audience.
Loads Fast on Budget Devices
The average Ghanaian importer uses a mid-range Android device on MTN 4G. We design for that reality: compressed images, deferred loading, sub-2s Time to Interactive. A slow directory is an empty directory.
