Terms of Service

These terms of service govern the relationship between Anadolu Gateway and its Clients in the context of Turkey–Ghana trade consultancy and market entry services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Parties
- —These terms govern the relationship between Anadolu Gateway ("Company"), headquartered in Accra, Ghana, and any company or individual ("Client") using our services.
2. Services Provided
- —B2B Trade Sourcing: Qualified introductions between Turkish exporters and Ghanaian buyers.
- —Market Entry & Company Registration: Legal registration and operational setup in Ghana.
- —Customs & Port Clearance: Documentation coordination and clearance support at Tema Port.
- —Operational Retainer: Monthly coordination for companies already operating in Ghana.
- —Pre-Market Research: Written market assessment for your product category.
- —Digital Presence & Tech: Website, mobile app, and backend system development.
- —Legal & Regulatory Advisory: Contract review and compliance support.
3. Fees and Commission
- —For trade sourcing services, the Company earns commission only when a deal is closed.
- —Fees for other services are confirmed in writing after an initial consultation.
- —Price quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4. Client Obligations
- —The Client must provide accurate and complete company information, product descriptions, and trade documents.
- —The Client is solely responsible for compliance with applicable Turkish and Ghanaian export/import regulations.
- —Direct communications with introduced parties may not be redirected to competing services without the Company's consent.
5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- —The Company provides facilitation services, market assessments, and operational support — it does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
- —The Company is not liable for losses arising from market conditions, regulatory changes, or factors outside its control on the Client's side.
- —Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
6. Confidentiality
- —Both parties are obligated to protect confidential information learned during business discussions.
- —Client information is not shared with third parties without the Client's written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
- —Market reports, assessments, and digital work produced by the Company remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Termination
- —Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days' written notice.
- —For commission-based trade sourcing, introductions already initiated by the Company may generate a partial completion fee.
9. Governing Law
- —These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- —Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
10. Updates
- —These terms may be updated periodically. The current version is always published on this page.
