Our Team

The founder built it from both sides.

A Ghanaian founder with 10 years inside Turkish manufacturing — the factories, the sector, the culture. When he returned to Accra, he knew exactly what was missing. The team makes that knowledge operational.

The Founding Story

Abduljalal Lawal is Ghanaian. He spent 10 years in Turkey — learning the factories, building industry contacts, and understanding why Turkish manufacturers were missing deals they should be closing in Ghana.

When he returned to Accra, he knew exactly what was missing: someone who spoke Turkish, knew Ghana from the inside, and could represent both sides of a deal honestly. He built this company to close that gap.

What makes this company different is not a number. It is a perspective — one that no other company in this corridor can replicate.

Who This Service Is For

You're not buying a service.
You're buying certainty.

Every Turkish CEO entering Ghana is paying for the same thing underneath the paperwork: the feeling of knowing before they commit. That their money is protected. That someone who has already absorbed the losses — the failed partnerships, the held containers, the buyers who disappeared — is running the operation from Accra while they run their business from Istanbul. You're not paying for the report. You're paying for that feeling.

We work with

  • Turkish manufacturers with a production-ready product who need USD revenue to offset TL erosion
  • SME CEOs who've maxed out the Middle East or EU and need a new, profitable export market
  • Those who ask 'is my money safe?' before 'can I find a buyer?' — that's the right question
  • Companies that want to grow in a new market without speaking English or going in alone
  • Those who think: test small first, scale when it works — cautious but committed

We don't work with

  • Product still in development — buyers aren't ready until the product is
  • Decision left to the export manager, CEO not involved — without the CEO, nothing moves
  • Those expecting a guaranteed order in three months — trust in Ghana takes time to build
  • Those looking for the cheapest way in — cheap entry usually becomes an expensive lesson
